The convection fan circulates the heated
air evenly over and around the food.
Meat and poult D, are browned on
all sides as if they were cooked on a
rotisserie. The heamd air seals ill juices

When you are convection roasting it is
important fllat you use a broiler pail and
grid for best convection roasting results.
The pail is used to catch grease spills
and file grid is used to prevent grease

How to Set the Lower Oven for Convection Baking or Roasting
