Cooking guide for rice and pasta
Rice: Use a large glass pyrex bowl with lid - rice doubles in volume during
cooking. Cook covered. After the cooking time is over, stir before
standing time and salt or add herbs and butter. Remark: the rice may not
have absorbed all water after the cooking time is nished.
Pasta: Use a large glass pyrex bowl. Add boiling water, a pinch of salt and stir
well. Cook uncovered. Stir occasionally during and after cooking. Cover
during standing time and drain thoroughly afterwards.

Instructions
Use a glass pyrex bowl. Put the noodle and add room
temperature 350 ml water in bowl. Cook covered with wrap
and pierce at several times. After cooking, drain water and
mix instant noodle spices.
Homemade Pizza 300-400g HotBlast 190 °C 14½-15
Instructions
Pizza dough: 90g warm water, 3.5 g sachet dry yeast, ½
teaspoon caster sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 cups plain our,
1 tablespoons olive oil. Pizza sauce: ½ tin chopped tomato,
½ tablespoons olive oil, ½ tablespoon salt, ½ garlic clove
crushed, ¼ tsp dried oregano. Topping: 50 g Mozzarella
cheese, grated 50g pizza sauce, 5 basil leaves.
Put yeast, sugar, salt, warm water in a glass cup and mix
them. Keep it in warm place for 5 minutes. Put our, oil,
mixture in a bowl and mix to a wettish dough. Knead in a
mixer or by hand about 10 mins. Cover with lid and keep
in warm place for 30 minutes. During fermentation, make
a pizza sauce by mixing all ingredients. After fermentation,
roll out into crusty plate. Spread a pizza sauce and add a
topping on the dough. Preheat oven for 190 °C by using
Hot Blast mode. After preheating, put them on the low rack.
After cooking, stand for 2-3 minutes.
