Convection
Broil
Convection Broil is similar to Broil, but with the additional benefit of
air circulation by the motorized fan in the rear of the oven.
During Convection Broil mode, the broil element cycles on and off to
maintain oven temperature as the fan circulates air for even cooking.
Use this mode for thicker cuts of meat, fish, and poultry. Convection
Broil gently browns the exterior and seals in the juices.
For optimum browning, preheat the broil element for 5 minutes.

Convection
Pro Convection uses powerful dual fans for greater air circulation
and faster cooking.
Ideal for foods being cooked using single rack.
Provides the best performance for cookies, biscuits, cupcakes etc.
For single-rack baking, use rack Level 3 or 4.
For dual-rack baking, use rack Levels 2 and 4.
