Whipped cream 100-600g cream ¡ Insert beating whisk.
¡ Add cream.

Egg whites 1-8 Egg whites (room temperature) ¡ Insert beating whisk.
¡ Add egg whites.
¡ Process for 4-6minutes at set-

Sponge mixture ¡ 2 eggs
¡ 2-3tbsp hot water
