9. Light Kit Assembly. (cont.)
Install 1 medium base 6 watt LED bulb
(included).
IMPORTANT: When replacing bulb, please
allow bulb and glass shade to cool down
before touching.
Partially loosen 3 thumbscrews in outer edge
of light kit fitter. Raise glass shade to light kit
fitter, pushing up gently until lip on glass shade
fits securely inside light kit fitter. Re-tighten
thumbscrews.
WARNING: Do NOT overtighten thumbscrews
as glass may crack or break.
Make sure glass shade is secure by pulling
down GENTLY on glass shade.
Remove 4 decorative screws from outer edge
of fitter plate. Align holes in top of metal cage
with holes in outer edge of fitter plate. Secure
metal cage with 4 decorative screws that were
just removed.

10. Assembly of Handheld Remote Control.
IN ORDER TO USE THE HANDHELD REMOTE
CONTROL, PLEASE CONTINUE WITH SECTION 10
for remote control assembly instructions. If you
have already installed the wall control but do not
wish to use the handheld remote control, please
proceed to Section 11.
Gently pull on remote control cover to separate
top and bottom parts. [Refer to diagram 1.]
