Setting the AutoChef
®
feature
Select the appropriate frying level from the chart. Place
the system pan in the center of the element. The cooktop
must be on.
1.
Select the element.
2.
Touch the AutoChef key. The lights up on the
element display.
3.
Select the desired frying level using the number keys.
The s symbol lights up on the display. The selected
frying level is displayed.
The temperature symbol s stays lit until the
temperature is reached. Then a beep sounds, s
disappears.
4.
Add the frying oil to the pan, then add the ingredients.
Turn the food over as ususal to avoid burning.
Turning off AutoChef
®
Select the heating element and touch AutoChef.
Panel lock
You can use the child safety panel lock to prevent
children from accidentally turning the cooktop on.
Turning the panel lock on
The cooktop must be turned off.
Touch Panel Lock for 4 seconds. The Ú indicator over
Panel Lock lights up for 10 seconds. The cooktop is now
locked.
Turning the panel lock off
Touch Panel Lock for 4 seconds. The child lock is now
deactivated.
