• A brief description of the failure
• Washing machine model (see rating plate inside
door)
• Service number (on service sticker inside door;
number after “Service”)
• Your full address and telephone number.
For any repairs, use our authorized After Sales
Service, to ensure proper repairing and use of
original spare parts.
2. Switch the washing machine o and on again
to see if the failure persists.
