Normally you should change your hepa filter half a year. There are total 2 hepa filters included(1 in the dust bin and 1 individually packaged).

It will go onto carpet with out a problem. Some rugs, depending on how high it will have a problem with or get stuck. I had to remove the anti-slip pad from under one of my rugs for it to not get stuck.

Don't know of any robot vaccum that has a camera. There is an app that you can download which you can use anywhere to operate the robot, schedule cleaning time, turn it on, set up areas to clean, and you can see the pattern that the robot travels as it cleans. As far as a camera like a security camera there is none.

The brushes have a small inditation on the shaft to lock it in place. The brush must be inserted all the way in to lock in place. If that dosent work try the spare set that came with your unit, if they don't lock in either then something could be restricking the lock from operation or could be broken.

I purchased one a few months ago at a higher price and it works great for us! For what it’s worth... we leave this on the 1st floor of our home with the bedroom doors closed to vacuum the floor everyday when we aren’t home. We have two boxers that shed and this has been a great way to keep the floors clean. It was easy to setup over wifi, the app works great great, and it finds its way back to the charging station most of the time. I say “most of the time” because some days it gets hung up on something that was left laying around and there has been a few times that it went dead before it made it back to the charger. I highly recommend this... especially at this price!

Their customer support is very helpful, shoot them an email and ask for a replacement.

Check the brushs for obstruction, if brushes has something wrapped around them will cause restrictions then the motor will have more strain on it causing it to sound louder than normal. If this is the case over time the motor will overheat and eventually stop all together.
