2.6 Other cooking containers
• You may also use your own containers
for cooking, as long as they are resistant
to high temperatures.
• For steam cooking, the use of metal
containers is recommended. Metal
facilitates better distribution of heat to the
foods.
•It is normal for metal containers to deform
somewhat during high-temperature
cooking, but they will return to their
original shape when they cool down.
• Thick ceramic plates may require more
heat than normal. Longer cooking times
may be necessary.
Some models are not provided
with all accessories.
