Only a 2.4 GHz router frequency
issupported. Set the wireless
router to2.4 GHz and connect the
applianceto the wireless router. To
check therouter frequency, check with
yourInternet service provider or the

The distance between the appliance
and the router is too far.
If the distance between the applianceand
the router is too far, the signalmay be
