3 Daily operation
If milk has been prepared but you have not started milk sys-
tem cleaning, you will first need to rinse the milk system
(
‘Rinse the milk system’/ ‘Open switch’).
T Turn the switch to the§ position.
‘Milk system is being rinsed’
‘Close switch’
T Turn the switch to the °position.
Your E6 is switched off.
