Bissell 29339 Questions and Answers

#1 What filters do I purchase for this robotic?
The filters other than the one hepa filter are washable. Go to bissel to order replacement parts.

#2 Just received but it will not go back to the docking station to recharge. Wherever it is when the battery dies is where it stops.
Occasionally mine will not go back to docking station. It seems to get lost. I pick it up and dock it and typically have no issues for some time. Then a few weeks later it get lost again and we repeat the cycle. It works great just seems to confuse easily.

#3 Can this be used on both carpet and hard floors?
Yes. It easily transitions from tile or hardwood to carpet. Scatter rugs can be a problem if they are loose and slid on the floor. Tassels or long shag could also be a problem.

#4 Dose the vacuum gets stuck? Like If it go under small Furniture like an entertaining Center?
It is amazing how it spins and maneuvers in tight spaces. If it happens to get stuck it stops and beeps.

#5 Why are the reviews for hand vac tied to the robot vac?
That is a question Amazon should answer. Sometime there system gets confused. they are always trying to sell me another of something I already have.

#6 Can this be used in both levels of a two level house?
Yes! You can use it on any floor . I use it on 3 different floors and just close a door if I don’t want it to do that room.

#7 Start time is set, how long does it run?
My experience is that it will run until battery dies or you send it home using the remote, which is what I do. Actually I get tired of hearing it run after 15 to 30 minutes after it startes, so I grab the remote and send it back to home base.

#8 What is the Best robotic vacuum for pet hair?
I Robot is the absolute best, hands down. The Bissell is quiet and runs for a long time, however it doesn’t pick up like the IRobot. I used my iRobot until the rubber was worn from the wheels.
