Only use accessories that have been
determined to be safe for attachment
to a head restraint.
Do not use any accessories, for in-
stance pillows, while driving.
Adjusting the height
To lower: press the button, arrow 1, and
push the head restraint down.
To raise: push the head restraint up.
After setting the height, move the head re-
straint up or down slightly, making sure it
engages properly.
Fold down
To fold down: press the button, arrow 1,
and press down the head restraint, ar-
row 2.
Forward: fold the head restraint toward
the front as far as it will go. Make sure
that the head restraint engages cor-
rectly.
Removing
The head restraints cannot be removed.
Memory function
Concept
The following settings can be stored and, if
necessary, retrieved using the memory
function:
Seat position.
Exterior mirror position.
Height of the Head-up Display.
General information
Different settings can be assigned to two
memory locations.
The adjustment of the lumbar support is not
stored.
Safety information
WARNING
There is a risk of jamming when moving
the seats. There is a risk of injury or risk
of damage to property. Make sure that the
area of movement of the seat is clear prior
to any adjustment.
WARNING
Using the memory function while driving
can lead to unexpected movements of the
seat. Vehicle control could be lost. There is
a risk of an accident. Only retrieve the
memory function when the vehicle is sta-
tionary.
