Setup and Installation

   • Step onto the scale to activate it. The scale should appear in the app's device list.

Use Guide

Taking a Measurement

1. Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
2. Step onto the scale barefoot. Ensure your feet are clean, dry, and making full contact with the ITO electrodes on the glass surface.
3. Stand still, with your feet slightly apart and not touching each other. Distribute your weight evenly.
4. The display will activate. Your weight will be shown first.
5. Hold still while the scale analyzes your body composition. The display will cycle through Heart Rate, Heart Index, and Body Balance Rate.
6. The measurement is complete when the readings stabilize. Step off the scale.
7. The scale will automatically turn off after a few seconds.

Note: For consistent results, try to weigh yourself at the same time of day (e.g., in the morning after using the bathroom and before eating or drinking).

Understanding the Display

The scale's LED screen shows the following during a measurement:

• Weight: Displayed in your selected unit (lb, kg, st).
• Heart Rate (HR): An estimated heart rate in beats per minute (BPM).
• Heart Index: A calculated index related to cardiovascular state.
• Body Balance Rate: An indicator of weight distribution between left and right sides.

Ensure your user profile in the app (age, height, gender) is correct. Measurements can be affected by hydration levels. Avoid measuring immediately after exercise, eating, or drinking large amounts of water.
