2. Step onto the scale with bare, dry feet, ensuring your feet make contact with all four metal electrodes.
3. Stand still until the weight reading stabilizes and is displayed on the LCD screen.
4. Step off. The scale will turn off automatically after a few seconds.

1. Ensure your feet are bare and dry. Do not apply lotion to your feet immediately before weighing.
