Closing the Fuel Fill Cap

After refueling, align the fuel fill cap latch
with the slot in the filler neck. Push the fuel
fill cap into the filler neck until it snaps
closed and locks.
u Make sure that the arrow mark on the
fuel fill cap faces forward.

Remove the ignition key.
u The ignition key cannot be removed if
the fuel fill cap is not locked.

Close the fuel lid.
3WARNING
Gasoline is highly flammable and
explosive. You can be burned or
seriously injured when handling fuel.
• Stop the engine, and keep heat,
sparks, and flame away.
• Handle fuel only outdoors.
• Wipe up spills immediately.
