4. Beware of hot surfaces. Each zone is tted with residual heat indicators and
an “H” will show when the each of the cooking zones are too hot to touch. It
will disappear when the surface has cooled down to a safe temperature. It can
also be used as an energy saving function if you want to heat further pans, use
the hotplate that is still hot.
Using boost function
Activate the boost function
1. Select the desired zone. For example, Front left zone.
2. Touching the “boost” key until power level indication
shows “P”.
Cancel boost function
1. Select the desired zone. For example, Front left zone.
2. Touch the “+” or “-” to cancel the Boost function, and select
the level you want to set.
• NOTE: For technical reasons and protection of the cooktop the Boost function
will only last for 5 minutes, after that the zone will go to level 9 automatically.
