warm,draft-freeareauntilthedough
doublesinsize.

edgesintothecentreandturndoughout
ontoalightlyflouredsurface.Cutand
shapedoughtoformbuns,rollsorfreeform
loavesandplaceonpreparedbakingtrays.

6.Forthefinalrisingofthebreaddough,
covertheshapeddoughwithalightcloth
andplaceinawarm,draft-freeareauntil
