It is important to make sure you have the proper electrical connection.
RECOMMENDED GROUNDING METHOD
A 120 volt, 60 Hz, AC only, 15-amp fused, grounded electrical supply is required. Use
an outlet that cannot be turned o by a switch. Do not use an extension cord.
NOTE: Before cleaning, or removing a light bulb, turn vent hood o, and then
disconnect the vent hood from the electrical source. When you are nished,
reconnect the vent hood to the electrical source.

STEP 1 - UNPACK RANGE HOOD
1. Select a at surface for assembling the range hood and cover the surface.

Excessive Weight Hazard
Use two or more people to move and install range hood.
Failure to do so can result in back or other injury.
2. Using two or more people, lift the range hood assembly onto the covered
surface.
