Pairing
What is pairing?
On first connection, the app you have downloaded onto your smartphone/tablet and i-Companion will
automatically and quickly detect each other, provided you follow the steps below.
If you wish, you can pair up to 10 devices with i-Companion.
To do this, pair each device separately. (See pairing).
However, only one device may be connected at a time.
• Accept the cookies, which will improve the app by collecting your usage preferences.
• Select your device
• When requested by the app, press and hold the Timer button (B3) on the i-Companion (for 4 seconds).
The connection indicator (C1) will blink for a maximum of 30 seconds, while the i-Companion connects
to your smartphone/tablet.
