- This equipment may only be operated indoors.
- Do not expose the product to water or extreme conditions.
- Only use the product with the provided power supply with output of 5V-DC 1.2A.
- Only use the provided Charging Base to charge Smart Remote. Never use a third party USB-C charger
or cable; this could damage Smart Remote.
- Plug the power supply into a wall socket that is easily accessible.
- Clean only with a dry cloth. Use nonabrasive fabric without solvent or cleaning agent.
- Do not place Smart Remote or Charging Base near a strong radio-frequency or electromagnetic source
such as a speaker or Wi-Fi router or a femtocell.
- Smart Remote should only be removed vertically from the Charging Base, pulling or bending can cause
damage to the connector and/or Smart Remote and/or the Charging Base.
- Only use the product where the ambient temperature is between 0º and 35º C (32º to 95º F); do not
install or charge in direct sun exposure or near any heat sources such as radiators, stoves, heat registers,
or other apparatus that produce heat.
- Unplug the device when unused for a long period of time.
Battery safety:
- Smart Remote contains a lithium-ion polymer battery that MAY NOT BE REMOVED. Don’t
attempt to replace the battery in Smart Remote yourself. You may damage the battery, which
could cause overheating, fire, explosion, and injury.
- Do not disassemble, puncture, cut, bend, shred, or heat the batteries and do not allow metal
objects to touch the battery terminals as they can become hot, cause explosion and burns.
