Communications problem between
ACU and MCU.
Try resetting the washer by unplugging it from the outlet and
then plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service.

Washer may not be connected to
the home water supply. Home water
supply valves may not be turned on.
Inlet hoses to washer may be kinked.
Inlet valves on washer may have
failed.
Make sure that the washer is connected to the home cold
water supply and that the home water supply valve is turned
on. Verify that the inlet hose to the washer is not kinked. If
problem persists, call for service.

Overow of water
detected/overow cannot
drain
Inlet valves on washer are leaking
internally and washer cannot drain
during overow.
Call for service.

Drain timeout/
drain pump failure
Check for proper drain hose
installation.
Ensure top of drain pipe is installed at least 39” above the oor.
Ensure drain hose extends no farther than 4½" into standpipe.
Drain pump lter on washer may need
to be cleaned. Bellow drain holes in
washer may be obstructed. Washer
drain hose or home drain system may
be obstructed. Drain pump on washer
may have failed.
Clean drain pump lter on washer. Check bellow drain holes in
washer for obstructions. Check washer drain hose and home
drain system for obstructions. If problem persists, call for
service.
Ensure drain hose extends no farther than 4½" into standpipe.
FCE1
Wi-Fi error
HMI cannot communicate with Wi-Fi
module.
Call for service.
Err Invalid action performed. This error code will be shown in the following conditions:
1. Trying to start a cycle with the door open.
2. Trying to select a different cycle while you’re already
running one.
No further action is needed to correct this.
