It comes with a roll of 1/2" x 10' black print on white labels. The rolls purchased afterwards in the 1/2" width are 23' long and last quite a bit longer than the first roll will last, especially if you calculate in the misprints during the learning curve!

Pressing the top black button with the "AAA" will cycle through the text size options.

If the printer feeds only blank labels, please try the following steps:•Turn off the device•Open the batteries compartment and remove all batteries. If the printer is used with power adapter, please disconnect it•Press the on/off button 20 times•Replace the batteries (if used) with a new set of high- quality alkaline batteries or reconnect the power adapter•Turn on the printer and try to print a test label

There are five different font sizes and they range from 8pt, 10pt, 12pt, 16pt, 20pt, and 24pt font depending on the tape size that you use.
