Play
Playback of new messages via handset
1. Press m, scroll : to Answ. Machine and press OK, press OK to select Play.
2. The new messages will be played via the loudspeaker. During playback, you can:
x
Delete current message during message playback.
Long press to delete all messages when the answering machine is in standby
mode (unread messages will not be deleted).
p
Play phone messages (the first recorded will be played first).
l
Go to previous message if pressed within 1 second of current message playback.
Replay current message if pressed after 1 second of current message playback.
r
Skip to the next message during message playback.
LED Message counter No display: Indicates that the answering machine is switched off.
Blinking: Indicates number of new messages.
Steady: Indicates number of old messages.
2 bars flashing: Indicates that there is no more memory left.
Indicates the volume level (L0 - L9) when
v is pressed.
Indicates the current message number during playback.
Adjust volume Press
: key.
Return to play menu Press
e key.
Repeat Press OK, scroll : to select Repeat and press OK.
Next message Press OK, scroll : to select Next Message and press OK.
Previous message Press OK, scroll : to select Prev. Message and press OK.
Delete message Press OK, scroll : to select Delete and press OK.
Switch the playback to earpiece
Press
v key.
TIP You can also playback messages by pressing u key in stand-by mode, scroll : to Answ.
Machine and press
OK, press OK again to select Play.
