Get Support from My Sprint
In addition to your phone's built-in Help menu, you can also access support for your phone and service
through the preloaded My Sprint app.
1. From home, tap Apps > My Sprint .
2. From the My Sprint main page, tap Account and help .
3. Tap a topic to view its contents.
