This steam oven must be plumbed in by a suitably qualified
person.
Miele cannot be held liable for damage caused by incorrect
installation or connection.
The appliance must be connected to the cold water supply only.
The tap must be easily accessible after the appliance has been
installed.
Before connection, check the inlet and drain hoses for visible
signs of damage.
The integrated water protection system offers protection from
water damage, provided the following conditions are met:
– The steam oven is correctly installed (connected to the electricity
supply) and plumbed in.
– The steam oven is repaired if any damage is identified.
– The tap has been turned off when the appliance is not going to be
used for a longer period of time (e.g. during holidays).
Warning: If the lamp needs to be replaced, ensure it is replaced by
a Miele approved service technician and that the appliance is
switched off beforehand to avoid the possibility of an electric shock.
In areas which may be subject to infestation by cockroaches or
other vermin, pay particular attention to keeping the appliance and
its surroundings clean at all times. Any damage caused by
cockroaches or other vermin will not be covered by the warranty.
