QUÉ NO ESTÁ CUBIERTO
Dyson no garantiza la reparación o el reemplazo
de un producto cuando la falla se deba a las
siguientes causas:
Vandalismo, daño accidental o fallas provocadas
por el uso o el cuidado negligente, el uso incorrecto,
el descuido, o bien la manipulación o el uso del
aparato de una forma que no se ajuste a las
indicaciones del Manual de uso de Dyson.
El uso de partes que no se montaron o instalaron de
acuerdo con las instrucciones de Dyson.
El uso de partes y accesorios que no sean piezas
genuinas de Dyson.
La instalación defectuosa (excepto cuando esté a
cargo de Dyson).
Las reparaciones o alteraciones realizadas por
terceros ajenos a Dyson o sus agentes autorizados.
El daño debido a causas externas, como el tránsito,
las condiciones cliticas, los cortes eléctricos o los
picos de tensión.
El desgaste normal (fusible, etc.).
El daño causado por la limpieza cuando la limpieza
no se lleve a cabo sen las instrucciones de
este manual.
Dyson no asume la responsabilidad por los costos de
mano de obra y cualquier otro costo asociado con la
extracción y/o instalación de un producto defectuoso
(excepto cuando la instalación esté a cargo de Dyson),
o bien por el daño estructural o del sistema eléctrico,
por inundación o por cualquier pérdida de ganancias o

To help us ensure you receive prompt and efficient
service, please call the Dyson Helpline number, which
can be found in this manual.
This will register your warranty, confirm ownership of
your Dyson appliance in the event of an insurance loss,
and enable us to contact you if necessary.
Please ensure all instructions and guidance in this
installation guide are adhered to or your warranty may
be invalidated.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
DYSON 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Where this appliance is sold within the EU, this warranty
will only be valid (i) if the appliance is installed and used
in the country in which it was sold or (ii), if the appliance
is installed and used in Austria, Belgium, France,
Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain or the
United Kingdom and the same model as this appliance
is sold at the same voltage rating in the relevant country.
Where this appliance is sold outside of the EU, this
warranty will only be valid if the appliance is installed
and used in the country in which it was sold.
WHAT IS COVERED
5 YEAR WARRANTY
The repair or replacement of your Dyson appliance (at
Dysons discretion) if it is found to be defective due to
faulty materials, workmanship or function within 5 years
of purchase or delivery.
Any parts which are replaced by Dyson will become
the property of Dyson.
The repair or replacement of your Dyson appliance
under warranty will not extend the period of warranty.
The warranty provides benefits which are additional
to and do not affect any statutory rights you may
have as a consumer.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Dyson does not warranty the repair or replacement of
an appliance where a defect is the result of:
Purchases of appliances from unauthorized dealers
Vandalism, accidental damage, or faults caused
by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, or by
handling or operation of the appliance which is not in
accordance with the Dyson Operating Manual.
Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance
with the instructions of Dyson.
Use of parts and accessories which are not genuine
Dyson components.
Faulty installation (except where installed by Dyson).
Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other
than Dyson or its authorised agents.
Damage from external sources such as transit,
weather, electrical outages or power surges.
Normal wear and tear (fuse etc).
Damage caused by cleaning which is not in line with
the instructions in this manual.
This limited warranty does not apply to any appliance
that has had the serial number altered or removed.
Dyson is not responsible for labor and any other
associated costs with the removal and/or installation of
faulty appliances (except where installed by Dyson), or
for any electrical, flooding or structural damage or any
loss of business or revenue which occurs as a result of
an appliance failure.
If you are in any doubt as to what is covered by
your warranty, please contact Dyson (details on the
backcover).
SUMMARY OF COVER
The warranty becomes effective at the date of
purchase (or the date of delivery if this is later).
Please retain your proof of purchase. If you do not
have your proof of purchase, your warranty will start
90 days after the date of manufacture, according to
Dyson’s records. Please call the Dyson Helpline for
more information.
Subject to the exclusions above, all work to be carried
out under this warranty will be carried out by Dyson
or its authorised agents.
CONFORMITY INFORMATION
This equipment has been tested and found to comply
with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to
part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed
to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation. This equipment
generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy
and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. However, there is no guarantee that
interference will not occur in a particular installation.
If this equipment does cause harmful interference to
radio or television reception, which can be determined
by turning the equipment off and on, the user is
encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or
more of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment
and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit
different from that to which the receiver is connected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV
technician for help.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the
party responsible for compliance could void the users
authority to operate the equipment.
