Troubleshooting guide
Power cannot be turned on ( indicator does not light).
• Connect the USB-DC cable all the way and rmly.
• Insert the USB car charger to the accessory socket with the
engine running.
Not enough air is output. / The unit emits a bad smell.
The unit or lter is dirty. Replace the lter with a new one.

The operation does not stop although the engine of
vehicle is switched OFF. / The unit does not operate in
conjunction with engine.
In a vehicle where the power is supplied to the accessory socket
even if the engine of vehicle is switched OFF, the engine inter-
locking function cannot be used. To prevent battery rise, remove
the USB car charger from the accessory socket.
There is a “jee” sound from the unit.
There is a slight sound when ions is taking place. This is not
a malfunction.
There is a abnormal sound from the unit.
Malfunction has occurred on this unit. Consult your JVC dealer.

Le fonctionnement ne s’arrête pas même si le moteur

Dans un véhicule où la prise d’accessoires reste sous tension,
même si le moteur du véhicule est éteint, la fonction de ver-
rouillage du moteur ne peut pas être utilisée. Pour éviter un
échau ement de la batterie, retirez le chargeur de voiture USB
de la prise pour accessoires.
L’appareil émet un son « jee ».

In einem Fahrzeug, in dem der Zubehörsteckdose Strom zuge-
führt wird, auch wenn der Fahrzeugmotor auf AUS geschaltet
ist, kann die Motorverriegelungsfunktion nicht verwendet
werden. Um einen Temperaturanstieg im Akku zu verhindern,
entfernen Sie das USB-Autoladegerät aus der Zubehörsteckdose.
Es kommt ein „dschi“-Geräusch aus dem Gerät.
Es gibt einen leises Geräusch, wenn sich die Ionen ausrichten.

Oplossen van problemen
Het systeem kan niet worden ingeschakeld ( -indicator
licht niet op).
• Sluit de USB-gelijkstroomkabel helemaal en stevig aan.
• Steek de USB-auto- oplader in de accessoire-aan sluiting
terwijl de motor draait.
Er wordt niet genoeg lucht uitgevoerd. / Het apparaat
stoot een vieze lucht uit.
Het apparaat of het lter is vuil. Vervang het lter door een
nieuw exemplaar. ( „Verzorging en onderhoud”)
De werking stopt niet terwijl de motor van het voertuig
naar UIT is geschakeld. / Het apparaat werkt niet in
combinatie met de motor.
In een voertuig waar de stroom via de accessoire-aansluiting
wordt geleverd, zelfs wanneer de motor van het voertuig UIT
is, kan de motorvergrendelingsfunctie niet worden gebruikt.
Om te voorkomen dat de batterij omhoog komt, verwijdert u
de USB-auto-oplader van de accessoire-aansluiting.
Er komt een „jee”-geluid uit het apparaat.
Er is sprake van een licht hoorbaar geluid wanneer ionen
plaatsvinden. Dit duidt niet op een storing.
