Fueldoorrelease—manualoverride
1. Afteropeningthefuelfillerdoor,removethe
capcarefullyandslowlybyturningit
counterclockwise1/2to3/4turn.Ifahissing
soundisheard,waituntilitstops,then
continueturninguntilthecapisfree.
WARNING
Thefuelsystemmaybeunderpressure.
Ifthefuelcapisventingvapororif
youhearahissingsound,waituntilit
stopsbeforecompletelyremovingthe
cap.
2. Makesurethatyoupumppremiumunleaded
fuelandputthenozzleallthewayinsidethe
fuelfillerpipe.
NOTE:Ifyouspillanyfuelonthebodyofyour
vehicle,cleanitoffimmediately.Thefuelmaydull
orsoftenthepaintifyoudonotwashitoff.
3. Replacethefuelcapcompletelywhenyouare
finished.Turnitclockwise1/4turnuntilitis
tight.Itwillclickwhenitisfullytightened.
4. Pushthefueldoorclosed.
