PROBLEM CAUSE
The turntablewill not turn.
•The turntable is not correctly in place or the turntable could be in the turntable
"OFF" mode. The glass plate should be correct-side up and sitting firmlyon the
center shaft.
•The support isnot operating correctly. Removethe turntableand restartthe
oven. If thesupportstill does notmove, call Sears Service at
1-800-4-MY-HOME. Cookingwithout the turntable can give you poor results.
