• Always check that valves are clear before use. Refer to section “Before cooking”.
• Do not use the pressure cooker to fry under pressure using oil.
• Do not interfere with the safety systems, except for cleaning and maintenance
in accordance with instructions.
• Use only original T-FAL spare parts suitable for your model. Particularly, use a T-
FAL pan and lid.
• Alcohol vapors are flammable. Bring to a boil for about 2 minutes before placing
the lid. Watch your appliance when preparing alcohol-based recipes.
• Do not use your pressure cooker to store acidic or salty food before and after
cooking to avoid damaging your pan.
