Before rst use
Thoroughly clean the parts that will come in contact with food before you use the
appliance for the rst time (see chapter “Cleaning”).
Using the blender (g. 3)
The blender is intended for:
• Blending uids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks, shakes.
• Mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pancake batter or mayonnaise.
• Pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.
Tip:
• To process ingredients very briey, turn the control knob to the pulse setting (P)
several times.
• Never use the pulse setting longer than a few seconds at a time.
Using the lter (g. 4)
You can use the lter to obtain extra nely blended sauces, fresh fruit juices or cocktails.
All pips and skins are caught in the lter.
Note:
• Never ll the lter beyond its metal part.
• Do not use the lter to process hot ingredients.
Using the mill (g. 5)
You can use the mill to grind and chop ingredients such as peppercorns, sesame seeds,
rice, wheat, coconut esh, nuts (shelled), coffee beans, dried soy beans, dried peas, cheese,
breadcrumbs, etc.
Note
• Always process cloves, star anise and aniseed together with other ingredients.
If processed separately, these ingredients may attack the plastic materials of the appliance.
• The mill is not suitable for chopping very hard ingredients like nutmeg and ice cubes.
• Do not exceed the maximum level indicated on the mill beaker.
Cleaning (g. 6)
Easy clean: follow the steps: 1 2 3 4.
Note:
• Make sure to turn the control knob to the pulse setting (P) a few times.

• This recipe can only be prepared with the lter. Soak the soy beans for 4 hours before
you process them. Always let the appliance cool down to room temperature after each

注意
• 丁香、八角茴香和茴香籽必须和其他原料一起加工。如果单独加工这些原料，
它们可能会腐蚀设备的塑胶材料。
• 碾磨器不适合粉碎非常坚硬的物料，如肉豆蔻和冰块。
• 不要超出碾磨杯上所标注的最大刻度。
