LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING:

1. Read all instrucons before lighng.

2. Make sure the gas control knob is in “OFF” posion.

3. Press and turn the knobs counterclockwise to the "HIGH" posion.

Press the ignion buon. The ignion will click repeatedly while the

buon is pressed and light the burners.

4. If ignion does not occur in 5 seconds, turn the gas control knob oﬀ,

wait 5 minutes, and repeat steps 2 - 5.

MATCH LIGHTING

1. Remove cooking surface before lighting

2. Place a match in the end of Match Holder (hanging on the Right Front Leg). Strike the match and place it near

side of the burner (see Fig.4)

3. Push and turn the control knob to HIGH. The burner should ignite.

4. Replace cooking surface. Be sure to use protective gloves, such as over mitts or BBQ gloves.

NOTE: If the burner does not ignite within the ﬁrst few aempts of match lighng, there is a problem with the

gas supply. Turn oﬀ the gas at the burner and tank. DO NOT aempt to operate the griddle unl the problem is

found and corrected. See "Trouble Shoong" secon of this manual or call the customer service department at
