Fresh fruit milkshake
Do not process more than the quantities indicated in this recipe in
one go. Let the appliance cool down to room temperature before
you continue processing.
Ingredients:
100g bananas or strawberries
200ml fresh milk
50g vanilla ice cream
granulated sugar to taste
Peel the bananas or rinse and hull the strawberries. Cut the fruit
into smaller pieces. Put all the ingredients in the blender jar.
Blend until smooth.
Tip: You can use any fruit you like to make your favourite fresh fruit
milkshake.
Nourishing vegetable soup from Budapest
Ingredients:
120g kohlrabi
120g potatoes
180g celery
60g carrots
water (ll up to 1-litre indication)
Put the kohlrabi, potatoes, celery, carrots and water in the
blender in this order. Blend the ingredients for 5 seconds for a
coarse soup or longer for a ner result.
150g dal (from can)
150g smoked pork
190g crème fraîche
15g parsley
salt
fresh pepper
1.5 stock cubes
2 bay leaves

Put the blended ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil. Add all
other ingredients and cook for 30 minutes while stirring
constantly. Also add some water to achieve the required
consistency and taste.
If you want to prepare a larger quantity of soup, let the appliance
cool down for 60 minutes after processing the ingredients for
each batch.
Fruit cake
Do not process more than the quantities indicated in this recipe in
one go. Let the appliance cool down to room temperature before you
continue processing.
Ingredients:
150g dates
225g prunes
100g nuts (50g almonds/50g walnuts)
50g raisins
50g sultanas
200g whole rye our
100g wheat our
100g brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 sachet baking powder
300ml buttermilk
Place the blade in the bowl.
Put all ingredients in the bowl and mix them for 40 seconds.
Put the dough in a rectangular baking tin and bake it for 40
minutes at 170°C.
Soy milk
For this recipe you need a lter. You can order a lter for this appliance
from your Philips dealer under type number HR2938.
Ingredients:
120g dried soy beans
1200ml water
Soak the soy beans for 4 hours before you process them. Set
them aside to drain.
