Troubleshooting
* If the problem persists even after the above list has been checked, a failure may have occurred. For product failures and repairs,

* In rare cases the body constitution of some people causes an error to occur and measurement is not possible. In this situation, please
contact your local authorized OMRON dealer/supplier.

Printing is not possible.
The [PRINT] switch is set to
"OFF".
Set the [PRINT] switch to "ON". (Page 14)
The paper is loaded
backwards.
Load the paper in the correct orientation.

The paper is jammed.
Turn off the power, open the printer cover,
and press the lock release button to open
the paper cover. Pull out the paper, and then
correctly load the paper.
