Customers may choose not to receive Imminent Threats
(Extreme and Severe) and AMBER Alerts. Alerts issued by the
President cannot be disabled. To disable Imminent Threats
and AMBER Alerts, follow the instructions below:
1. Touch

2. Touch Menu âž” Settings.
3. Scroll to Emergency message setting and touch
Emergency alerts.
All alerts are enabled (check marked) by default.
4. Touch an alert option to remove the check m ark and
disable the alert.
Email
Email enables you to review and create email using var ious
email services. You can also receive text message a lerts
when you receive an important email.
To access the Email app:
 From the main Home screen, touch
