Ice cube maker with integrated
ice cube tray
The automatic ice cube maker b is
located in the a ice cube freezer
drawer.
As soon as the ice cube maker is
switched on, the ® symbol lights up in
the display.
An ice cube tray c is integrated in the
ice cube maker b where ice cubes are
produced.
The ice cube tray automatically empties
into the drawer as soon as ice cubes
are produced.
Water tank
The ice cube maker in the freezer
section is supplied with water from the
water tank in the refrigerator section.
As well as being used for making ice
cubes, the cold water in the water tank
can also be used for drinking water.
The water quality must conform to
the requirements for drinking water
in the country in which the appliance
is being installed.
The ice cube maker should be used
to produce a normal quantity of ice
cubes for domestic use. Use
suitable cold drinking water.
Do not fill the water tank with hot or
boiling water as it may be damaged.
Liquids containing sugar such as
soft drinks, fruit juices, cordials or
concentrates will jam the pump and
cause it to malfunction. This will
result in damage to the ice cube
maker.
Fill the water tank with cold drinking
water only. Do not use liquids
containing sugar.
