Uniform cooking with strong heat from
the bottom of pizza, focaccia and
bread.
BROIL
Broil element ON
4 power settings – LOW (1) to HIGH (4)
The element is heated for the first 3 minutes
at maximum power and then the power is
reduced according to the selected power
setting.
Brown food on the top side only. Turn
food over if browning is required on
both sides.

DEHYDRATE
to be used with temperature selector at
100°F (corresponding to an internal oven
setup fixed temperature of 100°F)
Dehydrate food, flowers, vegetables.
PROOFING
PROOFING to be used with temperature
selector set at 150°F (corresponding to an
internal oven setup fixed temperature of
100°F). Use any shelf level.
For best results, place dough in bowl
and cover with a clean towel.
