Be sure the seat is locked securely in
position after installation.
Removal
Installation
To avoid possible damage to the seat, do
not drag or hit the seat.
Open the left saddlebag (page ).
Pull the lever ( ) and up the seat ( ) to
unlock the seat catch ( ). Then pull the
seat to back side.
Remove the fuel tank rubber ( ).
Install the fuel tank rubber.
Insert the front prong ( ) into the recess
( ) under the frame and the rear prongs
( ) into the rear stays ( ) on the frame.
Then push down on the rear of the seat.
Close the left saddlebag (page ).The seat must be removed to access the
helmet holder, color label and emission
label.
