done, let stand in oven for a few minutes to complete cooking.
• The Combi Bake table is a guideline for your reference. You will
need to adjust the time according to the food condition or your

• Meats may be roasted directly in a shallow pan placed on the
provided rack.
• Less tender cuts of beef can be roasted and tenderized using
oven cooking bags.
