Hold the top bracket to pull the folding pull buckle as Fig.2 to open the lower
frame as Fig.3, and then click the upper frame into the xed bolt as Fig.4.

Pull the folding puller buckle and
rotate it by counterclockwise as Fig.7

FOOT BRAKE
Press down the brake to hold the wheel, and pull up to relase the wheel as Fig.13.
FRONT WHEEL ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM
1. If the cart veers to the left, face the front wheel of the cart and use the Allen wrench
provided to adjust A point screw clockwise or the B point screw bolt counterclockwise
until the front wheel is centered between the front fork. (Fig.14 )
2. If the cart veers to the right, face the front wheel of the cart and use the Allen wrench
provided to adjust A point screw conterclockwise or the B point bolt clockwise until
the front wheel is centered between the front fork. (Fig.15)
