#1 Description above says 0-400 rpm. Panasonic web site says 200 & 400 rpm. Is this a 2 speed or a variable speed unit?

Panasonic EY6220NQ 2.4V Kit. This is a 2-speed drill / driver. The speed range is selected using a slide switch on the top of the unit. Hover over the photo and you can see it.

#2 How much does this driver weigh? With battery in? I've seen it listed as 1 pound and also as 3 pounds. Working up on a ladder weight is important.
