the water inlet hose is obstructed or kinked.

Eliminate the cause and start the operation again.

The water inlet valve is closed.
^
Open the water inlet valve and start the operation again.
–
One or both floats in the water container are jammed
^ Restore the free movement of the float(s).
If the fault still appears, contact Miele.
