• If the GPS icon blinks or is not displayed, the camera is unable to determine
the current position.

The latitude and longitude shown when the GPS icon is not displayed are not
those for the current position but those most recently measured in the last
120 minutes.
• The latitude and longitude will not be displayed if they have not been updated
for more than 120 minutes.
GPS and other data displays
These displays are not intended for applications that require a high degree
of precision, and the accuracy of the data (latitude and longitude, heading,
depth, temperature, and the like) they provide is not guaranteed. The accuracy
of these displays may be also affected by factors not under the control of the
manufacturer.
