PRECAUTIONS
1. Ensure that the AC power supply in your
house complies with the power
requirements listed on the identication
sticker located on the bottom of your
product. Install your product horizontally, on
a suitable base (furniture), with enough
space around it for ventilation (3~4 inches).
Make sure the ventilation slots are not
covered. Do not place the unit on ampliers
or other equipment which may become hot.
This unit is designed for continuous use.
To fully turn off the unit, disconnect the AC
plug from the wall outlet. Unplug the unit if
you intend to leave it unused for a long
period of time.
2. During thunderstorms, disconnect the AC
plug from the wall outlet. Voltage peaks due
to lightning could damage the unit.
3. Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight or
other heat sources. This could lead to
overheating and cause the unit to
malfunction.
4. Protect the product from moisture (i.e.
vases), and excess heat (e.g. a replace) or
equipment creating strong magnetic or
electric elds. Unplug the power cable from
the AC wall socket if the unit malfunctions.
Your product is not intended for industrial
use. It is for personal use only. Condensation
may occur if your product has been stored in
cold temperatures. If transporting the unit
during the winter, wait approximately
2 hours until the unit has reached room
temperature before using.
5. The battery used with this product contains
chemicals that are harmful to the
environment. Do not dispose of the battery
in the general household trash. Do not
expose the battery to excess heat, direct
sunlight, or re. Do not short circuit,
disassemble, or overheat the battery.
Danger of explosion if the battery is replaced
incorrectly. Replace only with the same or
equivalent type.
Fabric cleaning
Remove any dirt or stain on the product surface
immediately.
Removing and cleaning can be less effective for
some substances or if left for a prolonged time.
CAUTION
• Use a vacuum cleaner or an adhesive lint
roller to remove dust, handprints, and the
likes.
– Some cleaning brushes may damage the
product, depending on the materials they
contain.
– Towels and cleaning clothes may leave
lint or dirt on the product.
• Do not use a nail or other tools to scratch the
dirt off. It may damage the fabric.
• To remove oil or liquid stains, use a clean
white cloth moist with water. If the stain
persists, wipe it with a mixture of water and
neutral detergent (such as dishwashing
soaps) and a cloth.
– A non-neutral detergent or cleaner may
cause discoloration or fabric damage.
– After cleaning, use a dry cloth or
hairdryer to dry the area.
– Do not use excessive force to avoid
discoloration or fabric damage.

• In standby mode, press the (Multi Function) button to turn on the Soundbar.
• Press the (Multi Function) button to change the input source.
• Press the (Multi Function) button for 3 seconds to call Alexa. Say with the button pressed to
enable voice recognition.
Display
Displays the product’s status and current mode.

Press the button to turn the microphone on or off.
(Volume) Button
Adjusts the volume.
• When you plug in the AC cord, the power button will begin working in 4 to 6 seconds.
• When you turn on this unit, there will be a 4 to 5 second delay before it produces sound.
• If you hear sounds from both the TV and Soundbar, go to the Settings menu for the TV audio and
change the TV speaker to External Speaker.

Inserting Batteries before using the Remote Control (AA batteries X 2)
Slide the back cover in the direction of the arrow
until it is completely removed. Insert 2 AA batteries
(1.5V) oriented so that their polarity is correct. Slide
the back cover back into position.

When pressed, the setting items such as TREBLE, BASS, SYNC, CENTER LEVEL, SIDE
LEVEL, FRONT TOP LEVEL, REAR LEVEL, REAR TOP LEVEL, and VIRTUAL ON/OFF are
displayed in sequence. The desired item can be adjusted using the Up/Down buttons.
– To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, select TREBLE or BASS in Sound
Settings, and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
– Press and hold the (Sound Control) button for about 5 seconds to adjust the
sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and
10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a
setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.
(Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)
– To control the volume of the each speaker select CENTER LEVEL, SIDE LEVEL, or
FRONT TOP LEVEL in Sound Settings, and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by
using the Up/Down buttons.
– If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select
SYNC in Sound Control, and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by
using the Up/Down buttons.
– SYNC is only supported for some functions.
– If Surround Speakers are connected, select REAR LEVEL or REAR TOP LEVEL and
then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.
– The VIRTUAL Speaker function can be turned ON/OFF by using the Up/Down
buttons.

• For input sources Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, the effect modes that can be selected using the
SOUND MODE button will not be available. (See above for the effect modes.)
• If the input source is Dolby Atmos®, 9.1.4 channels are outputted.
• The Surround Speakers will not produce sounds for 2 channel output while STANDARD mode is
in use. To enable sound for the Surround Speakers, change the effect mode to SURROUND.

Adjusting the Soundbar volume with a TV remote control
Adjust the Soundbar volume using the TV’s remote control.
• This function can be used with IR remote controls only. Bluetooth remote controls (remote
controls that require pairing) are not supported.
• Set the TV speaker to External Speaker to use this function.
• Manufacturers supporting this function:
VIZIO, LG, Sony, Sharp, PHILIPS, PANASONIC, TOSHIBA, Hisense, RCA
1. Turn Off the Soundbar.
2. Push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds.
Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the
following order: “SAMSUNG-TV REMOTE” (Default mode), “OFF-TV REMOTE”, “ALL-TV REMOTE”.

Connecting the power and units
Use the Power cord to connect the Subwoofer, Surround Speakers, and Soundbar to an electrical outlet in
the following order:

4. Connect power to the Soundbar, Subwoofer and Surround Speakers. The Subwoofer and Surround
Speakers are automatically connected when the Soundbar is turned on.

• Connect the Subwoofer and Surround Speakers power before connecting to the Soundbar.
The Subwoofer and Surround Speakers will be automatically connected when turning on the
Soundbar.
• If you unplug and reconnect the power cord when the product is turned on, the Soundbar turns on

CAUTION

Manually connecting the Subwoofer or Surround Speakers
Before performing the manual connection procedure below:
• Check whether the power cables for the Soundbar and subwoofer or Surround Speakers are
connected properly.
• Make sure that the Soundbar is turned off.
1. Turn off the Soundbar main.
2. Press and hold ID SET on the rear of the subwoofer and surround speakers for at least 5 seconds.
• The red indicator at the rear of each speaker turns off and the blue indicator blinks.

3. Press the Up button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
• The ID SET message appears on the display of the Soundbar for a moment, and then it
disappears.
• The Soundbar will automatically power on when ID SET is complete.

• If the main unit is powered off, the wireless subwoofer will go into stand-by mode and the
STANDBY LED on the rear of the sub-woofer will turn red after blinking in blue several times.
• If you use a device that uses the same frequency (5.8GHz) as the Soundbar near the Soundbar,
interference may cause some sound interruption.
• The maximum transmission distance of the main unit’s wireless signal is about 32.8 ft (10 m), but
may vary depending on your operating environment. If a steel-concrete or metallic wall is between
the main unit and the wireless subwoofer, the system may not operate at all because the wireless
signal cannot penetrate metal.
CAUTION
• Wireless receiving antennas are built into the wireless subwoofer and Surround Speakers. Keep the
unit away from water and moisture.
• For optimal listening performance, make sure that the area around the wireless subwoofer and the
Surround Speakers are clear of any obstructions.

NOTES
• When you connect the TV that supports the HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) to the Soundbar
with an HDMI cable, you can transmit the digital video and audio data without connecting a
separate optical cable.
• We recommend you use a coreless HDMI cable if possible. If you use a cored HDMI cable, use one
whose diameter is less than 0.55 inches (14 mm).
• This function is not available if the HDMI cable does not support ARC.
• When the audio in a broadcast is encoded in Dolby Digital and the “Digital Output Audio Format” on
your TV is set to PCM, we recommend that you change the setting to Dolby Digital. When the
setting on the TV is changed, you will experience better sound quality. (The TV menu may use
different words for Dolby Digital and PCM depending on the TV manufacturer.)

Disconnecting the Soundbar from the Samsung TV

• Disconnecting takes time because the Samsung TV must receive a response from the Soundbar.
(The time required may differ, depending on the Samsung TV model.)
What is the difference between BT READY and BT PAIRING?
• BT READY : In this mode, you can reconnect any Samsung TV or mobile device that was
connected before.
• BT PAIRING : In this mode, you can connect a new device to the Soundbar.

• A Bluetooth device may experience noise or malfunction under in the following conditions:
– When the body is in contact with the signal transceiver on the Bluetooth device or Soundbar
– In corners or when there is an obstacle in proximity, such as a wall or partition, where electrical
changes may occur.
– When exposed to radio interferences by other products operating on the same frequency
ranges, such as medical equipment, microwave ovens, and wireless LAN devices.
– Obstacles such as doors and walls may still impact the sound quality even when the devices
are within the effective range.

Installation Precautions
• Install on a vertical wall only.
• Do not install in a place with high
temperature or humidity.
• Verify whether the wall is strong enough to
support the product’s weight. If not, reinforce
the wall or choose another installation point.
• Purchase and use the xing screws or
anchors appropriate for the kind of wall you
have (plaster board, iron board, wood, etc.). If
possible, x the support screws into wall
studs.
• Purchase wall mounting screws according to
the type and thickness of the wall you want to
mount the Soundbar on.

Auto Update
When the Soundbar is connected to the Internet,
software updates automatically occur even when
the Soundbar is turned off.
• To use the Auto Update function, the
Soundbar must be connected to the Internet.
The Wi-Fi connection to the Soundbar will be
terminated if the Soundbar’s power cord is
disconnected or the power is cut off. If the
power is cut off, when the power comes back
on or you reconnect the power cord, turn on
the Soundbar, and then reconnect it to the
Internet.

Samsung may offer updates for the Soundbar’s

When an update is available, you can update the
Soundbar by connecting the USB drive that
contains the update rmware to the SERVICE

name from the customer support menu

2. Download the upgrade le (USB type).

12 TROUBLESHOOTING
Before seeking assistance, check the following.
In case the power is not turned on
; Check whether the power cord of the
Soundbar is correctly inserted into the
outlet.
In case the functions do not work properly
; After removing the power cord, insert it
again.
; Remote the power cord from the external
device and try again.
; If there is no signal, the Soundbar
automatically turns off after a certain
period of time. Turn on the power. (See
page 10.)
In case the remote control does not work
; Operate the remote control noting the
Soundbar closely.
; Replace the batteries with new ones.
In case the Soundbar sound is not output
; The volume of the Soundbar is too low or
muted. Adjust the volume.
; When any external device (STB, Bluetooth
device, mobile device, etc.) is connected,
adjust the volume of the external device.
; For sound output of the TV, select
Soundbar. (Samsung TV: Home ( ) →
Settings ( ) → Sound → Sound Output →
Select Soundbar)
; The cable connection to the Soundbar may
not be loose. Remove the cable and
connect again.
; Remove the power cord completely,
reconnect, and turn the power on.
; Initialize the product and try again.

In case the sound of the Subwoofer and
Surround Speakers is not output
; Check whether the LED indicator on the
rear of the Subwoofer and Surround
Speakers are on in blue. Reconnect the
Soundbar and Subwoofer and Surround
Speakers if the indicator is blinking in blue
or turned red. (See page 17.)
; You may experience an issue if there is an
obstacle between the Soundbar and
Subwoofer. Move devices to an area away
from obstacles.
; Other devices sending radio frequency
signals in proximity may interrupt the
connection.
Keep your speaker away from such devices.
; Remove and reconnect the power plug.
The Subwoofer volume is too low
; The original volume of the content you are
playing may be low. Try adjusting the
Subwoofer level. (See page 12.)
; Bring the Subwoofer speaker closer to you.

In case the TV is not connected via HDMI TO
TV (eARC/ARC)
; Check whether the HDMI cable is correctly
connected to the ARC terminal.

; Connection may not be possible due to the
connected external device (set-top box,
game machine, etc.). Directly connect the
Soundbar.
; HDMI-CEC may not be activated on the TV.
Turn on the CEC on the TV menu. (Samsung

There is no sound in when connecting to the
TV in HDMI TO TV (eARC/ARC) mode
; Your device is unable to play the input
signal. Change the TV’s audio output to
PCM or Dolby Digital.

In case Bluetooth connection is not possible
; When connecting a new device, switch to
“BT PAIRING” for connection. (Press the

device, disconnect that device rst to
switch the device.
; Reconnect it after removing the Bluetooth
speaker list on the device to connect.

then try again.

In case Bluetooth sound breaking occurs
; Sounds may be breaking due to
interference by radio frequency or
electronic devices nearby. Keep such
devices away from the Soundbar to avoid
radio interference. Example: microwave
ovens.
; Because the device to connect is far away
from the Soundbar, sound breaking may
occur. Move the device near the Soundbar.
; If a part of your body is in contact with the
Bluetooth transceiver or the product is
installed on metal furniture, sound
breaking may occur. Check the installation
environment and conditions for use.
In case Wi-Fi connection is not possible
; Check whether your wireless router is on.
; Turn off the router, turn it back on, and then
try again.
; When the signal of the wireless router is
too weak, connection may not be possible.
Move the router near the Soundbar or
adjust the installed position with no
obstacles.
; If your wireless router is new, you will need
to recongure the speaker’s network

PRÉCAUTIONS
1. Assurez-vous que le bloc d’alimentation CA
chez vous est conforme aux exigences de
puissance gurant sur la plaque
d’identication située à en dessous de votre
produit. Installez votre produit
horizontalement, sur un socle approprié
(meuble), en laissant un espace sufsant
pour la ventilation sur le pourtour 3~4 po.
Faites attention à ne pas obstruer les orices
de ventilation. Ne posez pas l’ensemble sur
un amplicateur ou un autre appareil
susceptible de chauffer. Cet ensemble est
conçu pour une utilisation en continu.
Pour éteindre totalement l’appareil,
débranchez la che c.a. de la prise murale.
Débranchez l’appareil si vous prévoyez une
longue période d’inactivité.
2. En cas d’orage, débranchez la che de
l’appareil de la prise murale. Les surtensions
occasionnées par l’orage pourraient
endommager votre appareil.
3. N’exposez pas l’ensemble aux rayons directs
du soleil ou à toute autre source de chaleur.
Cela pourrait causer une surchauffe du l et
causer un dysfonctionnement de l’unité.
4.
Protégez le produit de l’humidité (comme les
vases) et d’une chaleur excessive (comme une
cheminée) ou de tout équipement capable de
créer des champs magnétiques ou électriques.
Débranchez le câble d’alimentation en cas de
dysfonctionnement. Votre produit n’est pas
prévu pour un usage industriel. Ce produit ne
peut être utilisé qu’à des ns personnelles.
Une condensation peut se former si le produit
ou un disque a été stocké à basse
température. Si vous devez transporter
l’ensemble pendant l’hiver, attendez environ
2 heures que l’appareil ait atteint la
température de la pièce avant de l’utiliser.
5. Les piles utilisées dans ce produit peuvent
contenir des produits chimiques dangereux
pour l’environnement. Ne jetez pas les piles
dans votre poubelle habituelle. Ne vous
débarrassez pas des piles en les faisant
brûler. Les piles ne doivent pas être court-
circuitées, démontées ou subir de surchauffe.
Le remplacement incorrect des piles peut
entraîner un danger d’explosion.
Remplacez-les uniquement par des produits
similaires ou équivalents.
Nettoyage des parties textiles
Retirez immédiatement les saletés ou les taches
sur la surface du produit.
L’élimination et le nettoyage peuvent être moins
efcaces pour certaines substances ou si les
taches ou saletés ont été laissées sur le produit
pendant une période prolongée.
MISE EN GARDE
• Utilisez un aspirateur ou un rouleau anti-
peluche adhésif pour enlever la poussière, les
empreintes de doigts, etc.
– Certaines brosses de nettoyage peuvent
endommager le produit, selon les

– Les serviettes et les chiffons de
nettoyage peuvent laisser des peluches
ou de la saleté sur le produit.
• N’utilisez pas de clou ou d’autres outils pour
enlever la saleté en grattant. Cela pourrait
endommager le tissu.
• Pour enlever les taches d’huile ou de liquide,
utilisez un chiffon blanc propre et humide avec
de l’eau. Si la tache persiste, essuyez-la avec
un mélange d’eau et de détergent neutre (par
exemple, du liquide vaisselle) et un chiffon.
– Un détergent ou un nettoyant non neutre
peut provoquer une décoloration ou
endommager le tissu.
– Après le nettoyage, utilisez un chiffon sec
ou un sèche-cheveux pour sécher la zone.
– N’exercez pas de force excessive pour
éviter la décoloration ou
l’endommagement du tissu.

02 PRÉSENTATION DU PRODUIT

appuyant sur le bouton enfoncé pour activer la reconnaissance vocale.

• Lorsque vous allumez cet appareil, vous devrez patienter 4 à 5 secondes avant qu’il ne produise du
son.
• Si le son provient à la fois du téléviseur et du Soundbar, accédez au menu Paramètres
correspondant au son du téléviseur et dénissez le haut-parleur du téléviseur sur Haut-p. externe.

Lorsque vous appuyez sur ce bouton, les éléments de réglage tels que TREBLE, BASS,
SYNC, CENTER LEVEL, SIDE LEVEL, FRONT TOP LEVEL, REAR LEVEL, REAR TOP LEVEL
et VIRTUAL ON/OFF s'afchent dans l'ordre. L'élément souhaité peut être ajusté à l'aide
des boutons Haut/Bas.
– Pour contrôler le volume du son des aigus ou des basses, sélectionnez TREBLE ou
BASS dans les réglages sonores puis réglez le volume entre -6 et +6 à l’aide des
boutons Haut/Bas.
– Maintenez le bouton (Réglages sonores) enfoncé pendant environ 5 secondes
pour régler le son pour chaque bande de fréquence. Vous pouvez utiliser les boutons
Gauche/Droite pour sélectionner les fréquences suivantes : 150 Hz, 300 Hz, 600 Hz,
1,2 kHz, 2,5 kHz, 5 kHz et 10 kHz. Vous pouvez également dénir chaque fréquence
sur une valeur allant de -6 à +6 à l’aide des boutons Haut/Bas.
(Veillez à ce que le mode son soit déni sur « STANDARD ».)
– Pour contrôler le volume de chaque haut-parleur, sélectionnez CENTER LEVEL, SIDE
LEVEL ou FRONT TOP LEVEL dans les réglages sonores, puis réglez le volume entre
-6 et +6 à l’aide des boutons Haut/Bas.
– Si la vidéo de la télévision et l’audio du Soundbar ne sont pas synchronisés,
sélectionnez SYNC dans les réglages sonores, puis réglez le retard de l’audio entre 0
et 300 millisecondes à l’aide des boutons Haut/Bas.
– L’option SYNC n’est prise en charge que pour certaines fonctions.
– Si des haut-parleurs ambiophoniques sont connectés, sélectionnez REAR LEVEL ou
REAR TOP LEVEL et utilisez les boutons Haut/Bas pour régler le volume sur la plage
de réglage allant de -6 à +6.
– Vous pouvez ON/OFF la fonction VIRTUAL à l’aide des boutons Haut/Bas.

REMARQUES
• Si l’unité principale est mise hors tension, le caisson des basses sans l passe en mode veille, et la
DEL de STANDBY à l’arrière devient rouge après avoir clignoté en bleu plusieurs fois.
• Si vous utilisez un dispositif qui utilise la même fréquence (5,8 GHz) que le Soundbar près du
Soundbar, des interférences peuvent provoquer des interruptions du son.
• La distance maximale de transmission du signal sans l de l’unité principale est d’environ 32,8 pi
(10m), mais peut varier en fonction de votre environnement d’utilisation. Si un mur métallique ou
en béton armé se trouve entre l’unité principale et le caisson des basses sans l, il est possible que
le système ne fonctionne pas, car le signal sans l ne peut pas traverser le métal.

• Lorsqu’un téléviseur Samsung prenant en charge la fonction eARC est connecté, « eARC »
apparaît sur l’afchage, et le son est audible.
• Si l’option «TV ARC» ne s’afche pas sur l’écran de l’unité principale du Soundbar, vériez que
le câble HDMI est connecté au bon port.
• Utilisez les boutons de volume de la télécommande du téléviseur pour modier le volume du
Soundbar.
REMARQUES
• Lorsque vous connectez le téléviseur prenant en charge HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) au
Soundbar avec un câble HDMI, vous pouvez transmettre les données vidéo et audio numériques
sans connecter de câble optique séparé.
• Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser si possible un câble HDMI sans noyau. Si vous utilisez un câble
HDMI à noyau, utilisez-en un dont le diamètre est inférieur à 0,55 po (14 mm).
• Cette fonction n’est pas disponible si le câble HDMI ne prend pas en charge ARC.
• Lorsque le son d’une diffusion est encodé en Dolby Digital et que le paramètre «Format de sortie
audio numérique» est déni sur PCM sur votre téléviseur, nous recommandons de changer ce
paramètre en le dénissant sur Dolby Digital. Une fois que vous aurez modié ce paramètre sur le
téléviseur, vous pourrez proter d’une meilleure qualité sonore. (Le menu du téléviseur peut utiliser
des mots différents pour Dolby Digital et PCM selon le fabricant du téléviseur.)

Soundbar et le port de sortie OPTICAL du téléviseur à l’aide du câble optique (non fourni), comme

Utilisation de la fonction Q-Symphony
Pour utiliser la fonction Q-Symphony, le Soundbar se synchronise avec un téléviseur Samsung an de
restituer le son via deux appareils pour un effet ambiophonique optimal. Lorsque le Soundbar est
connecté, le menu, « TV+Soundbar » apparaît au-dessous du menu Sortie audio du téléviseur.

Mise à jour automatique
Lorsque le Soundbar est connecté à Internet, les
mises à jour logicielles s’installent
automatiquement, même lorsque le Soundbar est
éteint.
• Pour utiliser la fonction de mise à jour
automatique, le Soundbar doit être connecté
à Internet.
La connexion Wi-Fi au Soundbar sera
interrompue si le cordon d’alimentation du
Soundbar est débranché ou si l’alimentation
est coupée. En cas de coupure, à la remise
sous tension ou lorsque vous rebranchez le

Panneau dessous du Soundbar
Il se peut que Samsung propose des mises à jour
dumicrologicieldusystèmeSoundbaràl’avenir.
Lorsqu’une mise à jour est disponible, vous
pouvez mettre à jour le Soundbar en connectant
le lecteur USB qui contient le micrologiciel de
mise à jour au port SERVICE du Soundbar.
1. Accédez au site Web de Samsung Electronics
(www.samsung.com) → recherchez le nom
du modèle à partir de l’option de menu de
l’assistance à la clientèle.
• Pour plus d’informations sur la mise à
jour, reportez-vous au Guide de mise à
niveau.
2. Téléchargez le chier de mise à niveau (type
USB).
3. Décompressez le chier pour créer un
dossier avec le nom du chier.
4. Stockez le dossier créé sur une clé USB, puis
connectez-le au Soundbar.
5. Allumez le Soundbar. Ensuite, le produit est
mis à jour dans les 3 minutes qui suivent. Le
message « UPDATE » s’afche à l’écran.
• Pendant la mise à jour, n’éteignez pas le
produit et ne retirez pas le câble USB.
• Si « UPDATE » n’apparaît pas sur la fenêtre
d’afchage, retirez le cordon d’alimentation
du Soundbar, puis rebranchez-le.
• Si la dernière version est installée, aucune
mise à jour n’est effectuée.
• Selon le type d’USB, la mise à jour peut ne
pas être prise en charge.
Initialisation
Dessus du Soundbar
INIT
Alors que le Soundbar est allumé, appuyez sur les
boutons (Volume) de l’unité pendant au
moins 5secondes. Le message «INIT» apparaît
sur l’écran et le Soundbar s’initialise.
ATTENTION
• Tous les paramètres du Soundbar sont
initialisés. Veillez à effectuer cette opération
uniquement lorsque l’initialisation est requise.

Avant de contacter l’assistance, effectuez les vérications suivantes.
Sil'alimentationn'estpasactivée
; Vériez si le cordon d'alimentation du
Soundbar est correctement inséré dans la
prise.
Si les fonctions ne marchent pas
correctement
; Après avoir retiré le cordon d’alimentation,
réinsérez-le.
; Retirez le cordon d’alimentation de
l’appareil externe et réessayez.
; S’il n’y a pas de signal, le Soundbar s’éteint
automatiquement après un certain temps.
Allumez le produit. (Voir la page 10.)
Si la télécommande ne fonctionne pas
; Rapprochez la télécommande du Soundbar.
; Remplacez les piles.
Si le son du Soundbar n'est pas émis
; Le volume du Soundbar est trop faible ou
coupé. Réglez le volume.
; Lorsqu’un appareil externe (STB, appareil
Bluetooth, appareil mobile, etc.) est
connecté, réglez le volume de l’appareil
externe.
; Pour la sortie audio du téléviseur,
sélectionnez Soundbar. (Téléviseur
Samsung: Accueil ( ) → Paramètres ( )
→ Son → Sortie audio → Sélectionnez le
Soundbar)
; La connexion du câble au Soundbar ne doit
pas être lâche. Débranchez le câble et
rebranchez-le.
; Retirez complètement le cordon
d’alimentation, rebranchez-le et mettez
l’appareil sous tension.
; Initialisez le produit et réessayez.

Si aucun son ne sort du caisson de basse et
des haut-parleurs ambiophoniques
; Vériez si le voyant à DEL bleu à l’arrière du
caisson de basse et des haut-parleurs
ambiophoniques est allumé. Reconnectez
la Soundbar, le caisson de basse et les
haut-parleurs ambiophoniques si le voyant
bleu clignote ou si le rouge est allumé.

; Vous pouvez rencontrer un problème s’il y a
un obstacle entre le Soundbar et le caisson
des basses. Déplacez les appareils dans
une zone éloignée des obstacles.
; D’autres appareils envoyant des signaux
radioélectriques à proximité peuvent
interrompre la connexion. Éloignez votre
haut-parleur de tels appareils.
; Retirez et rebranchez la che
d’alimentation.

Si le son Bluetooth est interrompu
; Les sons peuvent se briser en raison
d’interférences dues aux signaux
radioélectriques ou aux appareils
électroniques situés à proximité. Éloignez
ces appareils du Soundbar pour éviter les
interférences radio. Exemple : fours à
micro-ondes.
; L’appareil à connecter étant éloigné du
Soundbar, une coupure du son peut se
produire. Déplacez l’appareil près du Soundbar.
; Si une partie de l’unité est en contact avec
l’émetteur-récepteur Bluetooth ou si le
produit est installé sur un meuble en métal,
une coupure du son peut se produire.
Vériez l’environnement d’installation et
les conditions d’utilisation.
