AF Assist light: Used for focusing the camera
when taking pictures in low-light conditions.
•
Battery compartment: Houses the battery and
SIM card slot.
•
Camera: Take pictures and record videos.
•
Camera mode/Zoom ring: When the camera is
not activated, turn the ring to select a shooting
mode. When the camera is activated, turn the ring
to zoom in or out.
•
Flash: Illuminate subjects in low-light
environments when taking a photo or recording
video.
•
Lanyard loop: Attach a lanyard or hand strap.
•
Lens cover: Protects the camera lens. The lens
opens automatically when the camera is activated.
•
Microphone: Records audio and detects voice
commands.
•
microSD card port: Install an optional microSD
memory card here for additional storage.
•
Shutter button: From a Home screen, press and
hold to launch the camera. From the camera view
finder screen, press to take pictures or record
video.
•
Speaker: Plays music and other sounds, and is
used when the Speakerphone feature is turned on
during calls.
•
Tripod mount: Attach a camera tripod here (not
included).
•
USB charger/Accessory port: Connect the
Charger/USB cable (included), and other optional
accessories (not included).
