Philips HR7761/01 Questions and Answers

#1 Can I crush ice with my Philips Food processor?

We advise you not to use the main processing bowl with chopping knife, of your Philips Food Processor, because it may blunt the blades. If you have the blending jar accessory, you can use it to crush ice.

#2 How to attach the bowl to my Philips food processor?

Place the bowl onto the motor unit by aligning the indication on the bowl with the open padlock on the motor unit (handle on right side)
Then turn the bowl clockwise until you hear a click
If the handle is on right side of device and the indication on the bowl is aligned with the closed padlock, the bowl is attached in the right way

#3 Can I pour boiling hot liquids into the jar of my Philips blender?

No, you must not pour very hot ingredients into the Philips Blender jar as it may damage the jar and its accessories.

If you want to pour ingredients, like boiled spinach for pureeing, into the jar, first let the ingredients cool down to a temperature of less than 80°C / 175°F to avoid damaging the appliance.
