#1 Does this vacuum have a 12 amp motor?

This vacuum has a 11 amp motor.

#2 What's in the box?

The main unit with motor, want and power head, a hard floor tool (nice and narrow to fit in small spaces) and a multi tool with small brush / upholstery / crevice attachment. Instruction book accompanies the machine

#3 How high is the powerbrush head? Will it fit easily under furniture like beds that are standard from the floor (about six inches)?

Yes it does fit under beds and sofa's. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. I just read the other review and I will admit that if you let the canister get too full especially with pet hair mine did overheat and shut itself down. It was fine after cooling down for a few minutes. People need to understand this is not meant to vacuum an entire house without having to empty the canister. When you notice a lot of dust in there simply empty it and it will run all day.

#4 Can I reverse the air flow to blow out?

There is no option to reverse air flow. We hope this helps!
