· 20g raw unsalted almonds
· 20g raw unsalted pumpkin seeds
· 1 tablespoon raw sesame seeds
· 150g ice

· ¼ small yellow onion, peeled, quartered
· 10g fresh mint with stems removed
· 25g flat leaf parsley
