#1 How do you disable the "auto shut-off/standby" function??! (Function that turns off the soundbar after just minutes of having the tv muted or paused.)

Found a hack to disable the auto-shutoff. Press POWER button and VOLUME DOWN buttons on soundbar (not remote) simultaneously for 10 seconds.

#2 My tv hdmi arc is attached to my a/v receiver. do i only need to attach an optical cable from my a/v receiver to the soundbar for sound?

The sound bar has a single wire hook up to the TV, of course there are electrical plug ins. My subwoofer is about five feet away from the sound bar and TV. I personally love the sound system.
